摘 要
教育信息化是信息时代教育领域里掀起的一股浪潮，它是信息技术带来的必然产物，信息技术飞速发展，其突出特点是多媒体系统的问世和远距离信息传送网络的惊人发展。教育信息化的发展必然指导着高校全面信息化的建设，作为科研和创新的前沿阵地，高校的机房管理平台建设是重中之中，它不仅反映了高校信息化建设的水平，也可以在教学上起到一定的积极作用。在高校制度不断改变和完善的今天，建立一套机房管理系统，提高了学校的综合管理水平，可以节省大量的人力、物力，为学校提高管理水平的提高奠定了良好的基础。
在高等院校机房的管理中，机房老师对机房的日常使用安排是一种非常繁琐的工作，为此开发了本套机房管理系统，从实际出发，方便了对机房的日常管理，提高了教师的工作效率和学校的管理水平。

1.1 开发背景及意义
随着学校信息化改革的需要，带来了管理模式的改变，对于学校机房的日常使用管理提出了更高的要求，为此，开发一套基于网络的机房管理系统在这种背景下就显得很有必要，它取代了以前那种必须依靠人工管理机房事务和资源的模式，通过系统提供的机房资源的管理分配功能，极大的方便了教师，也减轻了教师的工作强度，是一种适应信息化发展的非常有效的实验手段。
随着信息时代的来临，高校必须加强自身的信息基础建设，通过高校基础数据的信息化及实施控制的信息化，确保学校在规模不断扩大和信息化不断发展的过程中来促进学校信息化的可持续发展。而基于网络的机房管理系统设计是学校信息化建设的组成部分，该系统主要是对高校机房的日程安排、资源分派等自动化进行管理，以降低管理成本，提高管理效率和水平。本文详细介绍了基于网络的机房管理系统的系统设计重点，设计思想和难点，并给出关键技术的实现过程。
本题目采用JSP程序开发语言，后台采用SQL2005数据库平台，开发基于网络的B/S应用系统。

系统根据用户需求分析需要实现如下功能：
1、系统管理：包含用户的注册，管理，信息修改。
2、课程管理：包含课程录入、维护、查询等。
3、老师管理：包含教师的录入及维护等。
4、机房管理：包含机房相关信息的维护等。
5、课表管理：为机房的使用分配相应的课程表信息。
