Abstract
Along with the Internet technology change rapidly, the number of Internet users continue to surge. Vast online population provides online shopping development foundation, make the network become the second most important entities outside the traditional channel sales channels. At present our country B2C e-commerce market development is booming, the competition between enterprises, but in view of the current situation of the development of electronic commerce in economy, society increasingly reflects its powerful development capabilities. In all the electronic commerce mode, B2C mode of development is most rapid, the so-called B2C model according to the transaction object into a mode of electronic business affairs, refers to the enterprise and the customer directly trade pattern, less intermediate business involvement, thereby reducing the price of the commodity, but the network shopping market development in for the B2C electronic commerce enterprise brings opportunity, also brought grim challenge. How to overcome Kunming in the development of electronic business problems encountered in Kunming, how to better development of B2C electronic commerce mode, has become an urgent problem to be solved.

With the development of the world economy and China's electronic business network and the rise of modern development is very rapid, now the Yunnan B2C industry grows very fast in the first half of 2011 as Yunnan's B2C companies also reached many thousands of! Which comparatively famous is Kunming's three nine mobile phone network platform. This paper focuses on the Kunming B2C electronic commerce platform in detail combined with three nine mobile phone network platform for analysis.
