Abstract
In recent years, under the e-commerce environment with information and communication technology constantly breakthroughs, e-commerce development has entered golden era. But for the consumer goods on the net provider, there exist many distrust caused mainly by risk of trust, e-commerce has become a major e-commerce development bottleneck. Facing to this problem, many experts, scholars have made a lot of analysis and research, and put forward a series of solutions, measures and Suggestions. From the risk of e-commerce and e-business to study the relationship between trust and designed a set of shopping online to eliminate consumer trust doubts mechanism to reduce risk of e-commerce, thus further promote the development of e-commerce. And it is pointed out that at present problems of e-commerce trust existing problems and future research direction.
