Abstract
As information technology and networks, the rapid development of e-commerce transactions for its ease and openness in the economy continues to play an increasingly important role. In the B2C e-commerce market, e-commerce in the information asymmetry arising from adverse selection and moral hazard problems not only damage the interests of buyers and sellers, but also reduces the efficiency of the B2C e-commerce market. E-commerce as a new means of transaction information asymmetry arising from the need to address the various issues before they can really play in economic development, promoting and facilitating role.
This paper analyzes the B2C e-commerce market in the emerging information asymmetry problems and their causes, and put forward countermeasures in order to promote the healthy development of B2C e-commerce market.
